Alfajores are a cookie sandwich with an illimunating dulce de leche, originating from South America. Each alfajor is made fresh with fresh eggs and butter. There are three flavours available; dark chocolate, white chocolate and traditional with the vanilla cookie and coconut. Each chocolate flavour is fully enrobed in chocolate before being sealed in individual packages for freshness.
