After numerous attempts and a whole lot of trial and error we finally found the right roasting technique to deliver a competition quality cup of decaf coffee. The beans are Fair trade, organic, regeneratively farmed and ultra-premium Indonesian beans decaffeinated using a slow-water decaffeination process
