Off the coast of France, there are regions where the sun and wind evaporate sea water, exposing the crystalline salt flats below. Our Fleur de Sel is hand shaved off the flats and sun dried at the source, just as it has been since the 17th century. The result is a delicate, mineral rich salt that is more complex than conventional table salts.
