SPICE ISLAND: Paprika, 2.1 oz

Vividly red in color, paprika is made from ground Capsicum chili peppers. Although, it doesn’t pack the punch you’d expect from a chili. Instead, it has a sweet flavor and a delicate aroma that can vary from fruity to sharp. We source our Spice Islands® paprika from around the world, looking for chiles with high extractable color. Paprika works well in a variety of dishes, but is particularly well suited to seafood and chicken. Stir it into melted lemon butter for an easy dipping sauce.
