Following the traditional recipe, we created our Organic Puttanesca Sauce. Made from flavorful organic red tomatoes ripened to perfection under the Mediterranean sun. This is a tomato sauce typical of the south of Italy, with just enough heat to please all palates. It is ideal with pasta recipes, especially the long-cut variety like linguini, spaghetti, and fettuccine. It surprises in any lasagna, as well as in eggplant, meatball or chicken parmesan dishes and sandwiches. It is also perfect with vegan protein like tofu or seitan; but also with meats, chicken, and fish.
