Tinned White tuna fillets in olive oil, made in The Bay of Biscay in Northern Spain. Ortiz Bonito (thunnus alalunga) is caught using the time-honoured method of rods and live bait, (pole and line), the most selective and sustainable fishing method, meaning that by-catch is minimised and the tuna avoids bruising.
